Returns

We extend a 30 day, no-questions-asked return policy on unopened, unused products. Upon receipt of the returned items in their original packaging and condition at the purchaser's expense, MPS will credit your original method of payment for the products purchased, less delivery charges. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our Price Guarantee:

If we lower our online product price within 30 days of purchase, we will match our lower price, upon request, with an online store credit. One price match per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers is allowed. Last Country Supply price matching does not cover third-party websites, Wal-Mart, Amazon, retail stores, or other locations where the identical item may be sold.
